Get your property ready for winter

Aeration, winter fertilizer, Revive and sprinkler blow-outs across the Denver Metro and the Front Range. Blow-out weeks begin September 28 and close as crews fill. Call 303-781-1991 and pick your week.

What we do in the fall

🌱

Core Aeration

Front Range clay packs down hard over a summer of heat, traffic and mowing. Core aeration pulls plugs and opens the soil so water and roots can move again. Schedule any time in September.

🌿

Winter Fertilizer

The fall feeding is not for fall. Cool-season turf stores it in the roots over winter and spends it in April. It is the reason some lawns green up three weeks ahead of the rest of the block.

💧

Revive Soil Treatment

If a spot stays brown no matter how long you run that zone, the soil is repelling water rather than missing it. Revive breaks that surface tension so moisture reaches the root zone.

Sprinkler Blow-Out

We run compressed air through every zone until it is dry and check the backflow while we are there. Water left in a line expands when it freezes, and the backflow assembly is what usually gives first. Weeks begin September 28.

🔧

Sprinkler Repair

Misting heads, zones that will not shut off, wet spots that never dry. All far cheaper to fix in September than in May. Non-emergency repair cutoff is September 20.

🍂

Fall Cleanup

Leaves matted under snow smother the crown and invite mold. We clear beds and turf before the first real storm and leave the ornamental grasses standing for winter structure.

Dates that matter

September 20 — non-emergency sprinkler repair cutoff

After this, crews move to blow-outs and repairs become emergency-only.

September 28 — first blow-out week begins

Blow-outs are scheduled by the week, in the order calls come in. Weeks close as crews fill.

September 30 — book by this date for bundle savings

Save $50 when you book aeration, winter fertilizer, Revive and your blow-out together. Save $25 on aeration, fertilizer and blow-out. Returning clients take $20 off the blow-out — just mention it when you book.

November 5 — last day of the fall program

Not a soft end. After November 5 the aerators are cleaned and put away until spring.
